Booking Terms
The terms that apply when you book a table at Momo Japanese Restaurant, including our cancellation and no-show policy.

In short
- Book online for 1 to 6 guests. For 7 or more, or private dining, please call.
- Cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your booking time.
- When the booking form asks for a card, the card secures your booking and is not charged when you book; cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows are then charged £10 per person booked.
- Bookings made without a card are never charged.
1. Booking online
You can book a table on this website for 1 to 6 guests. You choose a date, time and number of guests, then give your name, phone number and, if you like, an email address and any special requests.
Your table is held as soon as you book, and we will call you to confirm.
2. Larger groups and private dining
For 7 or more guests, or for private dining, please call us on 0208 9970 206. We will agree the arrangements for your booking with you directly.
3. Securing your booking with a card
When the booking form asks for a card, your online booking is secured with a debit or credit card. Your card is not charged when you book. You enter your card details into a secure form provided by Stripe, our payment provider, and Stripe holds the card against your booking. Our privacy policy explains how your details are handled.
When the booking form does not ask for a card, no card is needed and your booking is never charged.
4. Cancelling or changing a booking
You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your booking time. To cancel or change a booking, please call us on 0208 9970 206.
5. No-shows and late cancellations
When the booking form asked for a card, and you cancel less than 48 hours before your booking time or do not arrive for your booking, we will charge £10 per person booked to the card that secured it. For example, the charge for a table booked for 4 would be £40. Bookings made without a card are never charged.
Any charge is taken after your booking time. We may refund a charge at our discretion. If you think you have been charged in error, please contact us.
6. Prices
All prices on our menus include VAT. Service charge is not included. You can see our prices on the menu pages.
7. Takeaway orders
Takeaway orders are separate from table bookings, and these booking terms do not apply to them. Takeaway prices differ from the restaurant menu. Call to order for collection, or order delivery through Just Eat or Deliveroo. 8. Your rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
